Our team of professionals helps families obtain services and resources for young children, ages birth through five, who have physical, developmental, or emotional disabilities. Every family that reaches out to our center can feel confident they will receive the support they need throughout the process of identifying and accessing appropriate educational services for their child.

We provide guidance and support to parents throughout the process of assessment, evaluation and referral and follow up to ensure referrals are successful and children are matched with appropriate Early Intervention and Preschool Special Education Services.

The Early Childhood Program is a service of Bronx Independent Living Services. Established in 1983, BILS is a non-profit, community based organization dedicated to empowering all people with disabilities to understand and exercise their civil and human rights in order to live fully integrated lives in mainstream society.
